• Has got a Bachelor, Masters or a Doctoral gradation from a UK HEI, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) by a Scottish HEI
• Is a posted employee (working in the UK for an EU corporation which functions out of the UK)
• Is working in an ambassadorial mission (or another exempted group)
• Is a legal Work Permit owner
• Have an EEA national or a settled in the UK companion, parent or close relative
• Is in the UK as a student, and either:
  • Has a registering certificate showing that they are working for over 20 hours for per week throughout the semester, or throughout the semester breaks
  • Has a student permit and they are working within the visa boundaries to work

Visas that permit the owner to work without any restriction:

• The Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) (settlement authorisation)

Dependents of Croatian Nationals Working in the UK
