- The particulars of your Short-Term Visit Pass

- Contact info of at least one contact person who MOM can send your Pass Card delivery particulars
- Your IPA letter with a finalized declaration form
Registering Your Photo and Fingerprints: If your notice letter confirms that you require to register your photo and fingerprints, you should do it within two weeks at EPSC. Bring the following documents:
